Custom Installations

Designer TV Frame Company creates TV frames that are custom made to each customer’s specifications. Advanced payment in full is required to get on our production schedule. Cancellation of order must be within 24 hours of placing order and will result in a 10% processing fee. All sales are final after the 24 hour cancellation period.

Returns because of defective workmanship are accepted within 5 days of customer’s receipt of product. Returned defective product will be exchanged for same product. Before returning product, please contact us for a return authorization number.

Minor variations are predictable in some of our frame designs, finishes and materials. No two gold leaf or faux finishes are identical. Leather dye lots as well as wood and leather grain vary, no two pieces of bamboo are identical, etc. Predictable minor variations do not qualify as a returnable defective product.

We strive to accurately build our frames for each client’s particular TV. We rely on TV manufacturers’ specifications and dimensions, AND customer supplied information about the model number and dimensions of their TV. Designer TV Frame Company can not be held responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information provided by TV manufacturer or customer.
